1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cryptel's services, website, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cryptel Technologies Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Cryptel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Financial Services

Cryptel provides multi-currency accounts, stablecoin custody, and payment services. All financial services are subject to applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Cryptel may require additional verification before enabling certain features.

Stablecoin balances held in Cryptel accounts are backed 1:1 by USD reserves. Cryptel does not provide investment advice, and holding stablecoins carries inherent risks including but not limited to regulatory changes and smart contract vulnerabilities.

5. Fees and Charges

Account opening and maintenance are free. Transaction fees may apply to certain operations including but not limited to wire transfers, currency conversions, and on-chain transactions. A current fee schedule is available on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer our software, or interfere with other users' access to the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

8. Modifications

Cryptel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
